recognize this?


it's a dictionary! hardly have use for the paper kind any more, do we?

not long ago, letters of note posted this fine beauty in relation to the historical epic monty python and the holy grail. i passed the link along to my father--since most of my monty python adoration can be credited to him i knew he would appreciate it.

he felt that "lose as many shits as possible" would make a great motto. mottos, of course, need to be in latin. handily enough, on top of my supreme monty python knowledge, i am a latin scholar. i dutifully translated the phrase using my "authoritative" latin dictionary:



and came up with this: "amittere ut totidem shitums ut fieri potest."
